El Gobierno ha formulado un llamado a interesados en participar del Data Room relativo al diseño, construcción, operación y financiamiento del proyecto "Puerto de Aguas Profundas".

ANNOUNCEMENT TO INTERESTED PERSONS
TO PARTICIPATE IN DATA ROOM MEETINGS
In exercise of its powers, the Ministry of Transport and Public Works (MTOP) CONVENES interested persons to participate in the Data Room procedure promoted by this organization, substantially for the purpose of presenting them the aforementioned port project, and to disclose its perspective, points of view and possible suggestions in relation thereto.
This procedure constitutes an instance of preliminary interaction with possible applicants, which is not part of the competitive procedure that is, where appropriate, convened for the allocation and subsequent project development about the terms of a Public-Private Participation (PPP) agreement legally regulated.
Applications or interest expressions to participate in the Data Room shall be submitted in writing together with all the information required in the Bidding Terms.
Terms can be obtained for free and are of open access for applicants wishing to make consultations on internet, in the following website: www.mtop.gub.uy, or they can be directly requested in MTOP offices at the following address:

If requested in writing, MTOP shall charge editing and sending expenses to the applicant.
Interest expressions mentioned in this Announcement shall be received as established in the Terms, until 10/SEP/2012 and until 5 PM, at the above mentioned address.
